Warranty and returns

TermoGrom voltage relays and stabilizers carry a 3-year warranty. Spirotech (Netherlands) equipment is covered by the manufacturer warranty per the product passport.

The warranty applies when installation follows the product passport. Keep your proof of purchase.

Message us on Telegram or call: SKU, photo/video of the issue, purchase date. Diagnostics and replacement are handled by our service in Tashkent; complex cases are answered within 2 business days.

Products with no installation marks, complete and in original packaging, can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.

Items brought in on custom order (non-standard cabinets) are non-returnable — this is confirmed at the time of order.
